Book Fair - Volunteers

Dear Parents (and Grandparents),

The PTO is looking for volunteers to help with the upcoming Book Fair. 

We are seeking volunteers to help students browse and purchase books on

-Thursday, November 2^nd – 9:00-11:30 & 11:30-3:00

- Friday, November 3^rd – 9:00-11:30 & 11:30-3:00

-Monday, November 6^th – 11:30-3:00

-Tuesday, November 7^th – 11:30-3:00

-Wednesday, November 8^th – 11:30-3:00

-Thursday, November 9^th – 9:00-12:00 & 1:00-7:00 for conferences

-Friday, November 10^th – 9:00-12:00

We are also extending our hours on Thursday, November 9th so that families & community members can browse and shop during parent teacher conferences.

The Book Fair will be set-up in the Library and students will come down with their entire class - so the more volunteers we have to help, the smoother it will go.
